Oct. BCPDC meeting: In the hour right right before the final scheduled Presidential debate, U.S. Rep. John Sarbanes and Jaime Perrapato, executive director of Turn PA Blue, will analyze the state of the race, and she'll particularly focus on voter protection measures in the key state of Pennsylvania.
